Vanishing lake
Drought year, the lake slowly vanishing
No fishing today.
This is not suppose to be a field but lake bottom.
It's hard to see but in the middle just below the trees in one of the boat ramps high and dry.

A few views from the road
Just a few of the cool sights to see from the road. Of course I stopped the car and walked the few feet to the edge of the road to take these pictures.

Cool but unusual sights around town
Loved this green truck by the red barn.
Great looking fence, by the way the person in the foreground is Flat Stanley riding along with me.

Early spring views.
I got a bit behind in showing the seasons changing. This picture was taken in early June of a newly planted field.
Everything in early June was beautiful and green.

Spring
One day I decided that I needed to work on my attitude about my commute. My job was transfer to a rural location and my commute went from 10 minutes to 35 minutes. So after 15 months and one slide off I developed a plan. Stop the car and appreciate the view, to look for the beauty that I pass twice a day. So here goes.
